East Asia Minerals is managed by an experienced and motivated team of professionals with extensive international experience and a broad range of skills in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Much of this experience was gained working for international senior mining companies, which makes the Company unique in the junior mining sector.
The team's skills and experience encompass all aspects of the industry, ranging from project generation and early-stage exploration to feasibility studies and mine development, which includes negotiating and executing complex property agreements and partnership ventures. These technical and business skills are supplemented by a working knowledge of the mineral potential of the East Asia region.
East Asia Minerals is guided by an active, complimentary Board of Directors. Each of the 4 members contributes though their unique and extensive exploration, mining and/or investment experience.
| | | Michael Hawkins (MSc., Geology, MAusIMM) Position: President, CEO, Director
Mr. Hawkins has 30 years of exploration experience in Mongolia, PNG, Indonesia, Australia, North America and Latin America (where Mr. Hawkins was also President and CEO of a successful exploration drilling company that operated in Chile, Argentina and Peru). Prior to joining EAS, Mr. Hawkins was the Mongolia Manager for AngloGold Ashanti and Chief Geologist at Highland Pacific. Mr. Hawkins has a proven track record for discovery of high-grade gold and copper-gold resources and has been directly involved in the greenfield exploration, discovery and development (pre-feasibility and feasibility studies) of several million ounces of gold in the Asia-Pacific region.

| | | Lionel Martin (BSc., Geology, P. Geo.) Position: Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Martin is a Professional Geoscientist with 30 years of experience in Canada, Asia and Africa, including 16 years with Noranda Inc. where he was Exploration Manager-Australasia, and 7 years with Eldorado Nuclear Ltd. (Cameco Corp.). Prior to joining East Asia Minerals in 2005, he was responsible for generating projects and negotiating advanced exploration agreements in Asia, one which led to significant added tonnage and grade to a large porphyry copper-gold deposit in Papua New Guinea. In the Abitibi region of Northern Canada, Mr. Martin was a senior member of the team that discovered two base metals deposits in Quebec's Matagami Mining Camp, one that was brought to production. Mr. Martin was also lead developer of Noranda's drill core sampling and analysis protocols.

| | | Michael Nayyar, Chartered Accountant Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nayyar has more than 15 years of financial strategy and operational experience in a number of industries, including mining and exploration. He began his career in public practice with an international accounting firm providing assurance, business advisory and taxation services to private and public clients. Since leaving public practice, Mr. Nayyar has gained significant experience with public company accounting and financial reporting for Canadian and US companies. In addition, he has consulted on initial public offerings, corporate re-organizations and business advisory assignments for various clients. Mr. Nayyar is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Mr. Pylot has 17 years financing and management experience in the junior resource sector. He is Chairman & CEO of Capstone Mining and President & CEO of Stealth Investments Corporation.

| | | Robert Parsons, Chartered Accountant Position: Director
Mr. Parsons has more than 40 years of experience with mining corporations of all sizes with respect to taxation, economic feasibility, financing and tax strategies, dispute resolution, and related matters.He is a Chartered Accountant and retired partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He currently serves on the Board, and as Vice President of the World Mines Ministries Forum, and on the International Affairs Committee of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He has served on the Board of the PDAC (1985 to 2003), Executive Council of the Minerals Industry Federation, the Advisory Council of the Centre for Resource Studies at Queens University, the Professional Advisory Board of the Government of Canada's Petroleum Monitoring Board, and as a member of the Board of Directors of both the Indonesian Mining Association and the Canada-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the boards of a number of listed companies with mineral interests in Indonesia and Latin America. Mr. Parsons lives in Indonesia.

Mr. Gingerich, with 30 years experience is a leader in the mining and remote-sensing community and sits on seven industry/government boards and committees. As Noranda's former Director of Research, Technical Innovation, Geophysics and Remote Sensing, he championed and implemented advanced exploration technologies that led to disoveries in five nations. He formed Geotechnical Business Solutions, which develops exploration technologies and helps companies develop and implement exploration strategies.

| | | Edward C. Rochette Position: Director
Mr. Rochette is a lawyer, and an internationally known negotiator and transaction specialist with 30 years of experience in the acquisition of mining rights, international business, land management and natural resource transactions. Currently Mr. Rochette is working as a Partner with IBDA, a premier consulting firm in China conducting business in Beijing and other areas of the world, where his responsibilities include being the transaction specialist in the international mining sector. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd for 16 years where his responsibility included the negotiation to acquire the world class Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project. Mr. Rochette splits his time living in Beijing, China and Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia.

Mr. Kohlmann has worked in the exploration-mining industry for 30 years, of which the past twelve have been focused on investor relations and marketing. Prior to joining the East Asia team he was a Vice President with CHF Investor Relations. Previously he worked as an exploration geologist and project manager in Africa and North America with junior and senior companies including Santa Fe Pacific Gold, FMC Gold and U. S. Gold. During the 1990s, in Nevada, He worked directly in the development of several million ounces of gold reserves. Mr. Kohlmann is also a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and serves as Chair of its Membership Committee.
